Not necessarily, however, many opportunities presented themselves in my past that I would have liked to beat the snot out of someone at one time or another...but the notion to do it for sport escapes me...

No mystery.....

They like watching others fighting, it wouldn't matter if it was men on men, or women on women, animals on animals, ...or any combination of the preceding.

Just like the Roman Coliseum, most of them are just happy they aren't the one's having to fight.

....then again, most people just watch whatever they've been conditioned to watch......

....they wouldn't want to 'step outside' of any conditioned convention which dictates their behavior....

Is that why "pro wrestling" is so popular?

Kind of like Ron White watching TV in a beanbag chair, naked, eating Cheetos?

I like boxing, though I'm not a huge fan, and I don't know if I can explain it but I'll try. It comes down to competition, I guess, and the male need to test ourselves physically. Boxing is not all physical, it's also very strategic and that appeals to me as well. I prefer MMA though, because it's even more about technique and strategy.

I also enjoy boxing for fun, though I've never done it competitively. I used to have a room-mate and we fought all the time, with certain rules so as to not kill ourselves. We didn't do it out of anger, we did it because it was fun and though we tried to win it wasn't a big deal who won. Now that I'm older I don't know anyone who is interested in fighting me unless I **** them off first.

I apologize for that, it was a bit of redneck humor, which unfortunately, failed miserably. But yes, I have been accused of being mentally odd on occasion.

Warpt...I've been to a couple NFL games at the dome in Minneapolis. It's an awesome experience. The wave is such a rush as you sit there and see it coming and then bam everyone around you stands up. It's a rush. There were many beach balls that people brought. They blow them up and punt them from way up high in the back. They bounce off a hundred heads before landing on the sidelines where security deflates them. It's hilarious!
