I honestly believe it's unfair to label any of the recent candidates including Obama as the Anti-Christ. I mean that's a rather harsh judgment on someone when you really think about it.
I agree. God bless.

What you hear isn't always what it seems. JFK was trying to get rid of the Fed Reserve, so that you and I would not have to pay this multi-trillion dollar debt we face. Don't believe me? Check the money out for yourself, and pay attention to the header at the top,,,"united states note". Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963, in Dallas, Texas. Notice the date of the currency! Everyone has theories on why he was killed, but this is way to coincidental.

Hi HotinAZ,

I am not sure if that was the reason or not but its too bad most people don't know the difference between a Treasury Note and a Federal Reserve Note or the corrupt unjust weight of fractional reserves that create currency as debt.

So true. One day we will all wake up to hyper inflation, as ALL fiat currencies go. Once the dollar falls completely we are going to be left with only a few options.

1) Recreate our currency, like my previous post has shown we tried to do once.
2) Create another currency, modeled after the Euro.
3) Create a world-wide currency, with the IMF, and World Banks issuing a global currency.

Sad part about this is, it is leading to a globalization of nations, even more so than signing small treaties, like NAFTA. Gold and silver aren't even the safest commodity anymore, as they can be dictated to be lost, as in the 1930's bank crisis. Taken from wiki:

Quote:
In order to end the 1930s general bank crisis, U.S. president Franklin D. Roosevelt issued Executive Order 6102 in 1933 and the Gold Reserve Act in 1934, which outlawed the circulation and private possession of United States gold coins for general circulation, with an exemption for collector coins. This act declared that gold coins were no longer legal tender in the United States, and people had to turn in their gold coins for other forms of currency.
This should have been a red flag for any patriot in the USA at the time, but hunger dictates the morals. Not too many people even had that much gold at this time, as most the banks that held it, had closed up shop.

I wish people would learn as much as they can, so that even though this information isn't really useful now, people will want to know where it went wrong, and how it can be fixed. Ron Paul is the closest I have seen in a while, that stands against fractional reserve banking. Such a shame too many people never heard about it, otherwise we would have a new president. The media made him look like a little crazy Texan, who was too radical for the times.

Be ready for the next person to emerge on the scene, declaring that the money we now have is worthless, and that drastic "emergency" changes are going to be required to fix it. People are looking for this "Anti-Christ", and in reality, it is US who might have created it. We who have learned all this, are not really making a stand against it. Render to who the image is made of, no matter who's image it is. This was Jesus's philosophy and it suits me just fine as well. But it is better to sleep with a mind trained and open, than to be led off a cliff as well.

Bartering will become extremely popular in all this, so having the services and trade abilities needed for survival is definitely key. People with little or no skills or good to trade will be left to fend for themselves, or will be begging at the government with a hand out.

I don't have much time now but tomorrow I can give a better answer on my point of view. However I will briefly state that inflation is overstated as the primary threat of debt currency and the dollar in particular.. It is the inflation/deflation cycle built into the system where I believe the deflationary aspect is even more damaging. I would also note that the "fiat" nature is less of a problem than the fractional reserve debt instrument that the dollar is. However perhaps another thread more on topic unless this ties in with those that believe it is part of the AC money system? I am not a furturist however thus I would not be one of those that do.

This point is obvious to me. The system itself is a product of the heart of man (which "is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked" as Jeremiah pointed out), and our society has built its empire on this foundation. Should we be surprised when the winds come, that it's being shaken?
