Will construction on the 10th street connector start this year?
ROW will take awhile...one report I read was that over 60 buildings would be demolished for that road, not just homes but businesses as well...that process is starting this year but will take a couple of years...so it will probably be another year before you start seeing buildings come down. This project will also include a fairly substantial bridge over railroad tracks, so the construction end of it will take awhile.
As long as this has been talked about, 2017 seems like tomorrow in relative terms.

I am not sure what to think about this article. I am not really sure it makes that much sense for Pitt county to have solar farms but it sure will make it easier to legally install solar panels on your home without much trouble.

Even though there are a lot of teams from C-USA, it still is going to help ECU. There still are some different teams and the Big East has some pretty good media contracts now so that will be good for Pirate football and basketball.
