What do you have against Auburn ?

They were a top 25 team going into last Saturday and trounced the #17 team.

And you drop them out of the top 25 ?

While I certainly agree that Auburn is a top 25 team, SouthernTiger did NOT have Auburn in HIS top 25 last week, so he didn't drop them out, he just still hasn't moved them in.

See his previous top 25 below.

I see what you're saying about he "didn't drop them because he never had them "
but he did have Arkansas at #16 and Auburn trounced his #16 team 56-3.

I wonder why he thinks a 2 loss Houston team is worthy of top 25 but a 2 loss Auburn team ( SEC) is not.

All right. Time for Week 9 picks. Here are the games for this week.

(24) Virginia Tech vs. Pittsburgh
Cal vs. USC
(21) Navy vs. USF
Duke vs. Georgia Tech
(4) Michigan vs. Michigan State
Penn State vs. Purdue
UCF vs. (23) Houston
Kentucky vs. Missouri
(8) West Virginia vs. Oklahoma State
Boston College vs. NC State
Georgia vs. (10) Florida
Maryland vs. Indiana
Miami vs. Notre Dame
Northwestern vs. (9) Ohio State
Cincinnati vs. Temple
Texas Tech vs. TCU
(2) Washington vs. (15) Utah
Arizona State vs. Oregon
(7) Nebraska vs. (14) Wisconsin
Auburn vs. Ole Miss
(3) Clemson vs. (12) Florida State
Stanford vs. Arizona

Pick Overall Record: 102-68
Pick Overall Last Week: 19-5

Here are my picks.
Virginia Tech vs. Pittsburgh (I think it's about time VT gets a win at Pittsburgh.)
Cal vs. USC (I still ain't sold on Helton yet.)
Navy vs. USF (Navy's looking mighty fine. This'll be a fun game.)
Duke vs. Georgia Tech (This is a tossup.)
Michigan vs. Michigan State (This is going to be one of the most brutal games of the season to watch.)
Penn State vs. Purdue (Look at Purdue right now, man...)
UCF vs. Houston (Despite last week, i'll take the Cougars at home in this one.)
Kentucky vs. Missouri (Another tossup.)
West Virginia vs. Oklahoma State (West Virginia is really good right now.)
Boston College vs. NC State (BC should be in the American.)
Georgia vs. Florida (Georgia does not look real good right now.)
Maryland vs. Indiana (Yet another tossup.)
Miami vs. Notre Dame (This is the fall of Brian Kelly.)
Northwestern vs. Ohio State (Ohio State bounces back against NW.)
Cincinnati vs. Temple (Temple's starting to click, finally.)
Texas Tech vs. TCU (Despite Tech's horrendous defense, i think they can win one at Fort Worth.)
Washington vs. Utah (Washington is really legit.)
Arizona State vs. Oregon (Bye, Helfrich!)
Nebraska vs. Wisconsin (Picking Nebraska is a smart choice. But Wisconsin has a PhD in kicking Nebraska's ass ever since they joined the B1G. So i have to go with the Badgers)
Auburn vs. Ole Miss (Ole Miss' run D couldn't stop a nosebleed.)
Clemson vs. Florida State (Clemson is weird. They can beat really good teams like Louisville in a battle, but have trouble with weaker teams. That's gonna bite them soon, and if not this game, then when?)
Stanford vs. Arizona (Arizona's really injured right now.)

Uh...

Whatever happened to the very beautiful and wonderful Cinderella Houston that pollsters, sports websites, magazines, TV/Radio personalities, and assorted flavor-of-the-week fanatics (including cheerleader ESPN) were fawning over and raving about (back on pages 10 & 11 of this thread)?

Are they all about Louisville again?
