I don't know if anyone has noticed or not but I don't seem to be on much since I got the lap top. Just dang hard to see it with my new glasses, have to hold it either half way cross the room or so close it's touching my nose. I don't see how people survive bifocals anyway ( )and it's hard to type.
I miss being on here so I think I will just return to the good old desk top every now and then.
I've noticed-not as lively Maybe you need to change your glasses if you can't get used to them. When DH & I went for eye exam they talked him into progressive lenses. He really needs for up close-his distance is a just a little blurry.
Well anyway they talked him into glasses with lenses for the computer plus for distance. He could never get used to them.
He wound up returning them and just getting glasses for the computer.
He kept the expensive glasses at work-at home just uses the glasses magnifiers from any local drug store or supermarket.
Camper, Have you tried adjusting the print size? I'll admit you have to get used to a lap top. Now that I have, I would have a hard time going back to a regular PC just because I love being able to sit on the bed or my LazyBoy Chair with it.

I don't know if SCG is still feeling sick, but since he didn't post, I went ahead and posted the little bit of new free stuff I could find today. I'll look around later today to see if I can't find something new and interesting we can order.
I'm having a free lounge day. My cold left and I feel just fine, but I have this crappy cough left over. Hopefully, it will also end in the next day or so. I'm watching a special on the Travel Channel on all the national parks. I watch a version of this type of programming all the time. I wish I had the money to go visit all of them.
Real life has gotten in the way. Lot less free time for my favorite place. I read occasionally and post less occasionally. Don't know when things will get back to 'normal'.

Nothing exciting going on today. I almost FORGOT to do the Freebie Thread. I do need to go to the grocery store. I don't mind going.....I just feel too lazy to get up and get ready. I wish you could just stick you face in a machine and it would put on your makeup for you.
It's been 2 weeks and instead of going away, it got worse.
