The current system works fine if you are eligible for medicaid, if you are a lowering income working person, if your already on medicare or if you get enough or if you get enough subsidies on a modest income that you can afford your healthcare.

But the people who are getting killed in this deal are small businesses and individuals who make just a little too much to get any of these subsidies. Why? Because they are not organized, they don’t have any bargaining power with insurance companies and they are getting WHACKED why? So you got this CRAZY system where you got where 5 million people have healthcare and you got

people out there bussing it working 60 hours a week wind up with their premiums doubled and their coverage cut in half.

It’s the craziest thing in the world.

For one thing, the steep hikes won't affect everyone. A majority of Americans get insurance through their employers. For others, who buy their insurance independently through ACA exchanges, average premiums in about half of US states will stay competitive with or even slightly cheaper than the premiums paid by the employer-covered group. What will the Obamacare premium hike mean for you? - CSMonitor.com

America has a bad case of parasites -- the health insurance companies!

They fought against the public option in the ACA. They want things to go back to no solution at all, when they hiked premiums because they could, and denied people with pre-existing conditions.

Hillary, on the other hand, will likely bring us the public option at minimum -- a step in the direction of all other first world economies.

The power of the insurance companies to control this issue at the public's expense is just one more reason to VOTE REPUBLICANS OUT OF POWER.

They are the party of "let'em die!" These are the SAME repugs who fought against labeling for trans fat in your food! (... They didn't even want you to be able to make an informed choice about the poisons you were feeding your kids because it might inconvenience their corporate backers!) They are the same repugs who would gut regulation that keeps your water unleaded and your air reasonably clean.

After you're born, they don't care about your health AT ALL.

Let the deplorables vote for human suffering. That's them. But civilized people who care about this country because you have no place else to go: please VOTE REPUBLICANS OUT OF POWER wherever you can, all down the line!

We gotta live here! Time to get up off our asses and oppose these rabid bastards!

ObamaCare is an absolute disaster, but--sadly--this issue will not help Republicans on Election Day. That's because the ObamaCare clusterf*ck will not become apparent to "low info" voters until after Nov. 8.

The silver lining to all of this is that ObamaCare will be a huge drag on HRC's presidency and doom her re-election in 2020. In fact, one of the few good things about the Republicans losing in 2016 will be that Democrats will get 100% of the blame for ObamaCare. (If a Republican was actually elected in 2016, the ACA would still be the fault of the Democrats. However, stupid voters are only capable of blaming the party in power, regardless of who actually is at fault. Thus, if a Republican became president on 1/20/2017, stupid voters would blame the entire GOP once the ObamaCare bubble finally explodes.)

Which doesnt mean its cheaper.. charging your neighbor more, so you can get it for free, doesnt mean the price goes down..

Costs were supposed to DROP 3000%, or $2500 per family.. Everyone's still waiting..

Why do you expect people who have other people paying for their insurance, to be unhappy?

Obviously the people who pay the bill don't matter. I'll bet I matter when I stop paying the bill.

Did they fly the Hindenburg, too?

They would call Value Jet's tragic Florida crash decades back a slightly early touchdown.

Tell that to my insurance company. My insurance provider also had no idea that if you like your plan you can keep it as they claimed it wasn't in compliance with Obamacare.
