Congratulations to all the non-smokers! Wow

I'm on my 16th month now. I still miss it but keep reminding myself of how bad it really is all around. I'm always reading articles related to smoking and it's unbelievable how we still smoke in spite of the data. I denied all that for 40 years and really wish I hadn't now.

So hearty congrats to all!

Dinner was chicken salad on a multigrain wrap and a chocolate skinny cow! Yayyyyyyyy. At least the cow is skinny.

Congratulations to all the non-smokers! I second this. Lost several family members to it. I've had my dinner and already looking forward to tomorrow nights dinner. Wednesday is the special night for pizza in our little town. We have a few hours left as to what all to decide to put on it but I suspect it will be loaded this time around.

Congratulations Kimba.............the baby is beautiful

Chicken soup tonight was delicious. Added little meatballs, spinach, carrots, diced chicken and Acini di pepe (pasta). Of course topped off with Locatelli cheese.

Oh boy..... crazy crazy crazy night.... Chatterbox spiked to 103.7 today...finally got that under conrol and the Ped's office closed.... THEN she gets an ear infection... at 6pm I took her to Urgent Care- a local after hours place... got out at 8pm and was done with the whole script thing and home by 9pm..... ugh.... she is drugged and laying on the sofa.... Flu and Ear Infection... she was actually BEGGING me to take her to the Dr's at 5:30 and we were waiting at the door for hubby to walk in so we could walk out.... it was so sad... But hopefully the meds will help a TON and she will feel better asap....

SO with all that looney madness Chatterbox missed out on her Chicken nuggets- was too tired to eat them when she came home from getting all taken care of and her milkshake just wasn't of interest because of the pain while we were out... I came home and cooked up some Feta Spinach Perogies for myself... They were alright... I think I should have just grabbed a Luna.... Oh well...

Thumbs up to all you smoke free Foodies!!! That is super!!!!! Good Job!!!! Way to go!!!!! YAHOO!!!!

Alright... I am gonna chill for a bit.....long night....See ya all back here in the morning....

I made a big pork roast in the crock pot. Lots of leftovers will make good BBQ pork sandwiches the next couple of days.

Crayola - I love BBQ and am always looking for new ways to make it - what do you mix in with the meat to make BBQ?
