I am sorry if I have been posting recipes here and that wasnt the intention. Please accept my apology. "We get too soon old and too late smart."

Not a lot to do--rinse off a couple of plates and put the left-overs in a bowl in the fridge--and of course, have another drink!!

How could you have possibly offended me--you have been totally welcoming and kind. When I realized where the recipes were that you guys reference, and that it was another thread, i thought "how dumb of me" and how nice they are not to tell me that I am off topic!

You have been a total love, couldnt be more welcoming. No apologies, please!

I got an 8 lb roasting chicken. I rubbed the outside with olive oil and fresh lime juice. Then I sprinkled on some Ortega chipotle taco seasoning, thyme and garlic powder. I then sealed the chicken up in aluminum foil, but leaving some extra room around the bottom of the chicken for catching the juices. I roasted the chicken for three hours, 30 minutes at 450* and then dropping the temp to 350* for the remainder of its time in the oven. We made burritos tonight, and will make sandwiches and other meals with the leftovers in the next few days.

Well-made the navy bean soup yesterday but last night we had hot meatloaf sandwiches, fries and corn. Tonight the soup-gets better the 2nd day anyway.

Nic waiting to hear how your meatloaf came out.
