OH.....and I'm making the meatloaf tonite.......mashed potatoes .....gravy.....broccoli....yummmmmmm

well, I don't actually know if its "yum" because I've never had meatloaf...but the mashed taters and gravy are!
Yes you could use either kind of chicken or you could use boneless thighs (cheaper and more moist) I am sure the mushrooms are non essential, you might throw in something else you like, I thnk some frozen peas would go well and look pretty.

Let us know how your meat loaf turns out. (They take a long time to cook...follow your recipe! Good Luck (mumbling to himself.....how did someone get to adulthood without ever eating meatloaf I wonder if she has ever had real baked in the oven macaroni and cheese? lol )

Spoke to the realtor; the guy can't make up his mind. We have done all we can so now "thy will be done"; maybe we will hear today one way or the other. I am not buying champagne. Thanks for asking.

Here's another one that's easy-
Butter casserole dish
Sprinkle packet Lipton onion soup
Sprinkle layer of uncooked rice
Put chicken pieces on top
Mix can cream of chicken soup w/soup can of water
Pour over
Cover, bake 350 for 1 hr.
LaceyEx, Are you talking about using raw chicken or cooked chicken in this recipe??

Cyn-raw chicken-I use a chicken cut up or just breasts or thighs. It's a nice comfort food dish.

One more question LaseyEx....Do you use regular long grain rice---not the minute or instant right?
