Funeral rolls. I didn't read the recipe all the way to the end where it said to refrigerate 4 hours to overnight before baking. So they are in the refrigerator now and I'm going to given them 2 hours and then bake them. Hopefully they will still be good.
I hadn't gone grocery shopping in a while, but did have leftovers in the fridge.
I caramelized some onions, added some chicken, garlic, red peppers, tomatoes, cilantro and a pack of fajita seasoning. Came out pretty good served over rice.
