For hubby I am making chicken legs and thighs in the oven and left over cabbage and potatoes. For me it's will be rice and veggies.

As soon as I posted that I changed my mind when I found the piece I had was not close to defrosted. Changing to Tilapia and green beans.

What my mom called "catch as catch can".

Left over Irish stew for anyone who wants it. Same with the Irish Cream Cup cakes. I'll pass.

I'm stuffing a baked sweet potato with pineapple, and spices. Eating a big bowl of kale with lemon and a drizzle of olive oil. Pinl grapefruit on the side.
