What's on Tonight's Dinner Menu? 2014 (bbq, pizza, shrimp, tomatoes)

I seem to be on a pork kick lately! Pork roast with crackling and red currant gravy; roasted green beans/onions/rice casserole and banana pudding for dessert.

Something involving parsnips, eggs and cheese but I'm not sure how I'll put it together. Probably a frittata of some sort.

soup for hubby and leftover vegetable fried rice for me.

Meeting mother at Olive Garden tonight: I'll have either chicken Alfredo or chicken marsala, salad, and bread sticks.

An apple/cinnamon zero fat Greek yogurt, a whole wheat pita bread with strawberry spread, some woven whole wheat baked crackers with healthy margarine and a large mug of hot chocolate made with non-fat milk.

Tonight is steaks on the grill, fried redskins with peppers/onions, green beans, salad and crusty french bread. Ghiradelli brownies for dessert, if I have room 😉 Oh, and most important, red wine!

pork jumped 90lb today -wholesale costs- many stores are selling bnls chops at 4.99lb now and roast for 4.00lb

if you can buy the whole bnls pork loins (7-9lbs) for 1.99-2.49lb - buy them!! and cut them yourself (for chops , ribs, and roasts)

Dinner:
Italian sausage spaghetti made with peppers, mushrooms, and fresh tomatoes. Garlic bread on the side.

Dessert:

Fruit smoothie made with plain yogurt, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, peaches, milk, and brown sugar.

[Sweet*Tea]

Mushroom and spinach quiche, a fruit salad and mini croissants. Sweet iced tea to drink.
