shrimp over pasta with veggies and a green salad.. I am not sure if I will use a cream type of sauce or pesto, probably a cream sauce.

It is freezing outside and the wind is so cold and more snow flurries forecasted so I am thinking comfort food all the way to warm up the heart and soul Tonight we have chicken soup with vegetables and little fine noodles. For dessert fluffy cream of wheat with plum/peach compote and an Irish coffee Sheena inspired me

Stir fry around chicken breasts, peppers/onions/garlic/first garden grown green onions, shrimp chips, sticky rice; the last dumplings for appetizers; something with apples for desert.

I'm trying something new. If its good it will get the world record for laziness. Browned Andouille sausage mixed with a bag of 90 second Lipton Red rice and beans. Salad.

Yeah got that right MBM, they are tasty if cooked right and cut the way u describe...Emmm And cheap too..

Missed you folks as i haven't posted in a while.

Tonight it's chicken breasts baked with some evoo on em and s/p with toes cooked with em. Simple easy
cheap dinner..
