Pork filet off the grill with garlic/lime, oven fried potatoes, lettuce; the decision is still out on the rest. The extra meat will be sandwiches as the guys have a "play date" with SASS tomorrow.

Last night I had my 12yo son make roasted chicken, roasted shallot/garlic/rosemary/lemon zest potatoes, and asparagus while I supervised. Tonight we are meeting my sister at a restaurant that has great fish tacos so I'll be having that.

My husband and two of my kids are heading off for a weekend of skiing with friends and have stocked up the ingredients to make a big pot of three-bean chili when they get there, so I'm spending the morning making a pan of cornbread to go with it. (It's baking right now and smells delicious!) My middle child is headed to dinner and a performance tonight with another set of friends.

I'll probably spend my evening eating the leftover butternut squash soup with sourdough bread from last night while snuggled under a blanket watching Inspector Lewis on Netflix. In other words, it will be a lovely evening!

this week seems to be pretty much left over week. Tonight it is left over meat loaf, broccoli or green beans and fruit salad. I might do rice as well.
