After two days of the crud and having a nap before bed instead of dinner, happy to report that I'm feeling fine again, and dinner was patty melts on rye, steamed snow peas and asparagus

A stir fry medley consisting of sliced sausage, Brussels sprouts and asparagus, along with a side of brown rice. Also a small bunch of red seedless grapes.
