we had store bought chicken burrito ( Trader Joe brand) & an avocado, tomatoes & green salsa. We were happy with it.

We are having a pork roast our granddaughter gave us frozen a few months ago. With it I am doing noodles as well as cauliflower and a small green salad. I intend on taking some to our neighbor who just got out of the hospital on Saturday.

SO had good news - no more painful brace, he is ahead of schedule as far as healing is concerned.

OK - no way to escape the chicken salad and green salad tonight but tomorrow will be knife and fork dinner!!!!!
