we had store bought chicken burrito ( Trader Joe brand) & an avocado, tomatoes & green salsa. We were happy with it.

sockeye salmon and local asparagus. Mixed berries with whipped cream for dessert.

Chicken Parm with marinara sauce and spaghetti.

Pork roast, cheesy broccoli casserole and oven roasted, herbed red potatoes.

We are having a pork roast our granddaughter gave us frozen a few months ago. With it I am doing noodles as well as cauliflower and a small green salad. I intend on taking some to our neighbor who just got out of the hospital on Saturday.

SO had good news - no more painful brace, he is ahead of schedule as far as healing is concerned.

OK - no way to escape the chicken salad and green salad tonight but tomorrow will be knife and fork dinner!!!!!
