I have not heard any updates in regards to the former Office Depot #2690 site.

Any idea what's going on with the land that's being cleared on WH right next to Bond Furniture? Just passed it and trucks are clearing the land there. Can hope for a LIDL!?!

Looks like this property is owned by Health Properties Investments, Inc.

Does anyone know what's going in on the right side of the Harbor Freight on WH, on the corner of Buncombe? I saw them yesterday and today working on the exterior of the building, though wasn't able to see if they are working on the interior as well from my vantage point on WH.

They will close that one down like they did with the one on Laurens Rd. when the new one opens and like the new one on Laurens Rd. this one in Greer will feature their new design, which is very aesthetically pleasing. Although, fast food, the building design will actually be a benefit to Wade Hampton.

Does anyone know what's going in the shop between Hibachi Cafe and Staples on WH and Buncombe?? The marquee on the bldg is painted yellow and blue. I was just at HC a few days ago and there wasn't any sign in window or was it painted.
