The northeast quadrant is possible by buying out parcels and businesses relocating.

New Bojangles on WH near 14 is suppose to open July 24th. {{{Yawn}}} Just what we need, another fast food place, and one that's already 2 miles down the same street.

I'm going out on a limb here, but the other Bojangles enjoyed a 35 year run at the old site, This location will not suffer for business. Boring? Maybe. But Greer loves Bojangles. Solid relocation The REAL bad news: coming soon at the old Bojangles site, used car, title loan, or other hermit crab type operation.

I would guess that would be the newest format. They are nice but I still prefer the previous format buildings such as Taylors, Mauldin, and Pelham Rd. locations.

I've heard that Publix is planning to by that site but something about the NAPA store and removal or oil and waste. Pretty good source has told me this.

Unless they are buying the car wash and then all the businesses behind the old Bojangles, Napa and the car wash, I can't see it happening there, not enough space. Would be nice if it was there, closer the better for me!

If a full redevelopment between North Buncombe Road, O'Neal Road, and West Wade Hampton Boulevard occurs for a Publix supermarket-anchored retail center, I can see some businesses relocating, a mobile home park disappearing, and the abandonment of Conway Drive.

The building where the dentist was, that building was just recently updated to accommodate that dental practice, and just opened a couple months ago...would be very surprised if they gave it up. Would have to be a deal they couldn't refuse, and I would think cost them major bucks.

Chik-fil-a in Greer on WH is closed for remodeling. I didn't see a date given for projected reopening.

The gun store next to QT has been demolished. Does anyone know if there is something planned on going at that location?
