Yanno, If I were the President, I'd send the National Guard in, and tell them to shoot on sight, anyone who is standing on police cars, breaking windows, looting, and starting fires....BOOM...done deal!

See how long it takes for the next group to start rioting....did you see that poor woman crying, b/c they were burning her business....pathetic, and yes, animals....

Now, those are the same thieves that police deal with day in and day out...do you think police are out there arresting the preppies, that are clean cut, and don't do anything anywhere near like what these rioters did?
Police don't have to arrest them.....they are arresting the pathetic criminals of the nation, that believe rules don't apply to them...of which there are many.

yeah, and his little game backfired didn't it? Easy Peasy, just bang yourself up against the wall of the van to make it look like you've been beaten! They should do a blood test, to see if he was on drugs at the time, as he sure had plenty of prior arrests for drug posestion

They'll try and sweep that under the rug asap. That would derail the whole agenda.

So it was catch and release with "maybe we'll prosecute them in the future".

LOL. Free pass to pillage and loot in both Ferguson and now Baltimore.

And to boot, over 50 twitter/Facebook accounts have been linked to both the Ferguson riots and Baltimore riots.

Looks like these riots may be more organized than most think.

I bet they are really scared now to go back to the Burning and Looting. Madam Mayor apologizes for calling the RIOTERS "thugs". They get a Get Out of Jail FREE card. I guess that's a pretty good apology.

Baltimore Police release Prisoners|NBC News

The releases were the result of a logjam for police who were scrambling to pull the necessary paperwork to file charges at the same time they were trying to keep peace on the city's streets, Kowalczyk said.

Batts, the police commissioner, told reporters Wednesday night: "We've come up on a timeline. We are releasing them with future prosecution in mind. ... We're not giving up on them."
wow. just wow...

Not sure how credible this is.
The commissioner has said a version of the other prisoner's statement for a week now. Personally I've always thought he injured himself since an initial report said there were no signs of bruising or marks. I'm not a doctor but been around the underclass in various settings including hospitals to know they are capable of anything, including self harm.

I do allow for the possibility that an officer had his knee to his neck and that may have injured him too. Guess we'll have to wait for the coroner's report. One thing I'm convinced about is that it wasn't intentional on the cops' part.

These are the sad realities of governing a majority black city, you have to pander to criminals and their supporters, which form the majority. This is why jury nullification is such a big problem there. Many cases that would easily get a conviction in the county are thrown out. Often times the AG will let murderer's go because they know they have no chance of conviction even with decent evidence.
