The Ferguson Police turned everything over to the St Louis County Investigative Force AND the FBI/DOJ.
They went the route of "watch" and "stand down" -- the complaints were that the Ferguson and St Louis County were not Majority Black and that they "wore Riot Gear and didn't stop the Burning/Looting.

The Media beat up on them, the Activists beat up on them ..... and Ferguson, MO BURNED down.
The reality is that Baltimore did exactly the same thing that Ferguson/St Louis did and result was even worse in Baltimore.

Insanity is doing the same thing and getting the same bad result -- this time they .can't use the charge of "Racism" and that's a problem for Baltimore.

For those folks in Baltimore that have lost Homes, Jobs & their Business - their very Livelihood ..... it's not a "symptom", it's their new REALITY. Thugs are taking over their town and Destruction can strike anywhere. RIOTS are the new flavor of FUN,FUN,FUN and the Entertainment of the Day. Enjoy.

Then address the problem. It has nothing to do with hugging anything. Months ago I noted this was going to happen because we refuse to take on the problem.

You can't beat people with nothing to lose.

It wasn't hard to see that this was going to happen. The only question now is where it happens next.

Choice by Authorities
1. Stop the Burning/Looting/Destruction/Attacks on Police and Civilians
2. Let 'em do their worst and stand back and watch/wring hands in despair -
Madam Mayor calls it "appropriate action & a delicate balance". Another word for it is total Anarchy in the Streets of Baltimore with "Stand Down Orders" to her own Police Department.

The "rug" in question is almost 40 years of Democratic Party control and Policy over the City of Baltimore and Millions and Millions of US Taxpayer dollars to these Black Communities that have proven to have been Money down the drain. A Black City Council, Mayor of 5 year Tenure/20 years City Government, a Black Police Commissioner, Black Majority Police Department, Elijah Cummings. These are the people in Control in Baltimore - they ARE the "RUG" and I suspect it's both worn out and dirty.
True. The reason we have so much unrest in Baltimore is the mayor had police standing around when she should have had the national guard fixing their bayonets.

Mass protest in New York right now.
New York has a lot of activism but you typically don't get the violent riff-raff that inhabit cities like Baltimore.

I'm all on board. Address the peoples concerns or the unrest will grow.

Well, normally you would not see that type of lawlessness in Manhattan when Bloomberg was running things, but now with deblasio who knows. You might even catch him out in the crowd throwing things at the police.
