You don't have to be driving fast to give a rough ride. But regardless I'm sure the Baltimore PD would love to hear your idea.

Well good news is residents from all across the area helped clean up these areas. Also police have already arrested many for breaking cars setting fires. One kid posted himself on Facebook doing it and was arrested with a bail at half a million just dumb.
