A third soldier this week died in Afghanistan on Thursday. Let's get them the **** out of there already, we've been there for 18 years.

I don't care about political parties, the government just needs to get it done.

Hope so. Enough with the endless wars.
The left will find away to complain.

Excellent move Mr. Trump. There’s no reason for us to be in Afghanistan.

" (read as W and Cheney)", why didn't obama and biden pull them out. THey had 8 YEARS to do so.

Some on the left NEVER take responsibility for their own actions. It is always the "other" guys" fault!

Leaving 8000 still there is not delivering on a promise.

Defeat? You mean another humiliating case of mission drift, to the point there was no mission. And no, nation building is not a mission.

They are not withdrawing everyone.

They are still going to be there.

This was in response to this comment. "Thank god. This move, along with diverting billions from the defense budget to fund the wall are major reasons I voted Trump, and he hasn’t disappointed. America first in action.

Has there ever been a president deliver on campaign promises like this one?"

So once again, if he actually pulls it off and removes all troops, it would be a promise upheld. Don't get me wrong I would love for my husband to come home and say deployment slotted for 202X has been cancelled.
