He needs to be on the same page with Bryant. He missed so many throws tonight that would have sealed this game. Throws Romo makes.

He has had the luxury of playing behind this line. Romo did not. Tonight, he faced the same pressure Romo has seen every year, in every game. He did not handle it well until the last drive. Romo would have been right at home all game long. I still say bring Romo back as soon as he is ready.
I think you pumping Romo up a little too much and forgetting he was the turnover man

Eagles D is good... our offense is terrible though. Wentz has no weapons like Prescott does. Wentz has no O-Line like Prescott does. Congrats to the Cowgirls for the win.

I wouldn't say the defense is that good until they win a game vs a NFC east opponent.

The Eagles currently rank #5 in overall defense. Ironically, the Cowboys currently rank #5 in overall offense.

NFL Stats: Team

These are facts - so yes, they're a very good defense.

Divisional games are always completely different animals. With a rookie quarterback with no weapons, and a rookie head coach, nobody expected the Eagles to make much noise this year. I think they're doing better than expected and that's largely thanks to our defense.

prescott is still learning, and he learns his lessons well. the eagles have a very good defense, better than the packers at this point in the season. and dont forget that romo has had problems with the eagles defense as well, even when the eagles were down. rivalry games have a tendency to go that way. and once prescott figured out what the eagles were throwing at him, he figured out a way to defeat that effort, which is why he got on his game towards the end. i doubt that romo would have done much better.

remember also that prescott is right at the beginning of his career, and he pretty much only gets better from here. as i said, he needed this game. he needed to be severely tested, and he was. and he came out on top. will he always? no. has romo always come out on top? no.

actually the eagles have a pretty good offense. wentz can take off and run like prescott can, he just doesnt do it like prescott does. sproules is still a heck of a running back, as he showed tonight. he is, right now, better in think than elliot is, mostly because he is a patient runner. he waits for his blockers to set things up for him, and then takes solid advantage of that. elliot is still a little too eager to hit the line and make something happen, but he will learn.

and the eagles receivers are also pretty good. they also get the job done, but part o the problem is that wentz doesnt seem to like to throw down field, or the coaches wont let him yet.

I don't know why Rex Ryan did not retain Schwartz as his DC in Buffalo - that was a mistake.

Philadelphia needs to center their offense around their 2 best play makers - Darren Sproles and Jordan Matthews.

There were 3 key plays that doomed Philadelphia last night - Dallas running the fake punt, Smallwood fumbling and that awful swing pass that lead to an 8 yard loss and moved them out of FG range.

I caught the last quarter and OT of the game. Why is it that teams are not going to man coverage when they're blitzing Prescott? It seems like when Prescott is pressured, he has certain places he's going to throw the ball to in the zone, and his receivers are usually sitting right there in the zone when the ball arrives. Put that secondary in man coverage and force the receivers to beat you. Makes no difference if they catch a 20 yard pass against you or blow by you for a big score. You're just postponing the obvious by going zone.
