Well, it will happen if we all get involved and let them know that they need to build one here!! I talked to a manager at one of the Trader Joe's in Seattle and I told him that they NEED to put one in Spokane!!! He said that it has come up in meetings several times. He also said Couer d' Alene looks like the most probable location if it happens. I think if we banded together and started shooting the corporate office some emails, it would happen!! We all know that there is a huge market for one here, we just have to let them know. Here's a link! Just click on the drop down box and choose "Location requests". C'mon people!! Let's make it happen. Forward this to fellow Spokanites and let our voices be heard!!!

I put in my request for Coeur d'Alene! I have been a customer for almost 30 years in SoCal and plan to move north soon so anywhere in the greater Spokane, Spokane Valley, Post falls or CDA area would be ok with me.

I put in my request yesterday, too...I have never been to a Trader Joe's but I meet so many people who are hooked on the store that I'm sure I would enjoy having one here, too. Come on Spokanites! Send in your requests for a Spokane Trader Joe's!!

I've already seen a response from craigslist! We can do this!! And thanks everyone for going to their website and letting them know that we want one here in our wonderful city of Spokane. I've already sent out some e-mails to my Spokane friends with a link to this thread so it's easy for them to cast their vote on the Trader Joe's website.

Well, I sent my two cents in! My family has dairy allergies and I often go to TJ's to get my goat/sheep/soy alternatives. Always walk out with more then I came for. It's a great little store! Had their salmon-in-a-bag for dinner tonight. It rocks!!! :~) D

My husband used to consult for TJ's and we've told people there and emailed corporate for years that we need one in the inland northwest.
I'm not holding my breath.

Just wanted to add my two cents about what a great store this is. I used to always shop there, then moved to Tennessee and then here where there are none and have been ever since ...
