What’s the Planed new development near/adjacent to tanger outlet is it just a hotel or more stores, and has it already been approved by the county?

They are going to build a hotel diagonally across the street by the office building (no news on the brand) and they are approve to add an additional 12,000 square feet of retail. Word around the mall is that will happen over then next 18 months
