Before God reveals Himself to humanity what do the scriptures say about humanity?
Do they not tell us that humanity was in sin and death?
Thus when God reveals himself to humanity they are saved out of death unto life.

The Omni's present all sorts of problems for the carnal dogma, pneuma.

The presence of God's Spirit is, in fact, in hell (Psalms 139:7-8).

Of course you will in no wise enter in to the kingdom except your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees.
So, to condemn believers as being "Pharisees" for their righteousness is not going to fly in God's scheme of things.
"Extreme fundamentalists" are simply those who believe God at His word and who understand that the way to life is indeed narrow. We seek to enter in through that narrow gate by adhering to the words of Jesus and the apostles; even all of them.

Since the old Hebrew Scriptures (Psalm 139:7-12) was Not written in English the word in verse 8 is sheol /the grave.
Biblical hell (KJV English) is simply mankind's stone-cold temporary grave (sheol) for the sleeping dead.
The grave (sheol) is 'naked in front of God' according to Job 26:6 but that does Not mean a spirit person is there.
God's home location is a fixed place according to 1st Kings chapter 8.
Thus, God sends forth His spirit (it) from His heavenly home - Psalm 104:30
And just as our spirit is a neuter "it" according to Ecclesiastes 12:7 B, so is God's spirit a neuter 'it'- Numbers 11:17,25

Come on, JBF. You believe that God's Holy Spirit cannot abide the presence of sin or evil but you think He is in Hell where YOU believe sin never ends and is eternally punished???!!!!???? I swear, your mind just does not work properly!!!

Have you overlooked the possibility that He might wear some kind of spacesuit when He visits hell? :-)

Not even the grave will separate you from the love of God!

Yeah, right! That's why you adhere to the false teaching of the Penal Substitution Theory (the new kid on the block) which is primarily a derivative of Luther that continued to develop within the Calvinist tradition from around the mid-fifteenth to the Sixteenth Centuries or if you prefer - the Protestant Reformation which criticized the sale of indulgences by the Catholic Church. However, I believe it began earlier in an attempt to reform the clergy, yet is based on a false notion concerning the wrath of the god you worship out of ignorance. And that of a blood sacrifice!
Obviously, I have no intention of giving you a complete history lesson, but perhaps you will find it within yourself to seek the truth, although I believe your arrogance and ignorance will prevent that from happening, as your righteousness does not exceed that of a Pharisee or one of exalting yourself.

Ain't that the truth. He believe that sin is going to be exponential, over an infinite period of time.

There is nothing working properly with this vessel of depravity. Until there is a major interruption by the Lord in his impoverished life, we will continue to get the same-o same-o.
"How could the Bible possibly speak of the perfect victory of God our Creator who loves righteousness and cannot bear evil, if that victory really means that He cannot bring His own creatures at last to hate evil as He hates it, but must confirm multitudes, indeed the majority of them, in their choice of evil for ever and ever?
What sort of victory is it to be able only to subdue evil and prevent it harming any but those who choose it, and to be unable to bring human souls to abominate it and desire to forsake it, so that the evil itself ceases to exist?" ~Hannah Hurnard

It is the Holy Spirit's job to convict us of sin and of righteousness and of JUDGMENT.
So, yes, God the Holy Ghost does abide in the presence of sin as He deals with it in our lives every day.

No matter how new the doctrine of Penal Substitution may seem to you in the church, I would contend that it is the gospel that was preached by the apostles (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) and that it is the gospel that was given to "you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off" (Acts 2:39).
The latter scripture showing that the doctrine in question can be valid even if it does appear to be relatively new in the church.
