Could it be that for those who hate God, His supreme goodness and unending love and life feel like torture?
Those who have been perfected in Christ feel the radiance and heat of the presence of God as Good and Blissful.
Maybe those who hate God feel that same radiance and heat as fires of torment.

God's patience is perfect and could never run out. His love is also unending.

Do you believe that God would drag someone kicking and screaming into His presence in fellowship against their will? Do you believe that Good can have any fellowship with evil?

The human heart is flawed. The Bible says it's deceitfully wicked. We see that illustrated in the evil things human beings do to other human beings.
So really, the only authority on it is Scripture. And Scripture says that he will punish sinners forever unless they have a savior. And God in his love provided salvation for all that trust in Jesus.
first off mike we do not deny there is a hell. Shoel/hades, tataroo and Gehenna are very real, what we deny is YOUR understanding of them, especially that of Gehenna.

My understanding of hell is nothing but the Catholic understanding which remains unchanged since Apostolic times.

Mike that is good but you need to take it within, the old man and the new man, the soulish man and the spiritual man, the terrestrial body and the celestial body. it is the old man nature that suffers in the presence of God mike all the while he is being destroyed the inner man/new man is in joy of his birth in the presence of God.

sinners do have a savior, he is called Jesus Christ.

if no love is ever wasted, then that which the Father and the Son came to do must be fulfilled as it was via love that they did it.
