So, you are saying if Donald wins 30% of the Hispanic vote he automatically wins the presidency?
Of course not. I never said anything of the sort. His appeal to minorities is proving not to be as puny and narrow as has been reported, that's all.

I am looking at lots of polls and can't find any recent polls that split by race.

EDIT: The new Florida poll splits by race. It shows

https://www.siena.edu/news-events/ar...ine-state-race

Clinton 82% African-Americans and Trump gets 4%
Clinton 61% Hispanics/Latinos and Trump gets 21%

Here are some polls for the Hispanic vote. I believe these are all national. I'm getting this info from Polltracker:

Latino Decisions 9/11-9/16 Clinton 71%, Trump 18%
Morning Consult 9/14-9/15 Clinton 50%, Trump 31%
YouGov/Economist 9/9-9/12 Clinton 71%, Trump 20%
Utah Valley University 8/11-9/11 Clinton 55%, Trump 22%
Franklin Pierce University/Boston Herald 8/30-9/3 Clinton 47%, Trump 36%
GWU/Tarrace Group, Lake Research 8/27-8/31 Clinton 66%, Trump 24%

These are some of the polls Polltracker used to come up with a current average as of 10 hours ago, Clinton 65%, Trump 24.5%

LD tends to be the most accurate of the final result. My guess is he will get between 18-24 though. Romney did so poorly with them that there isn't a lot of room to fall from. They don't vote monolithically like African Americans tend to do. Anyway, Democrats overstate the importance of their vote. The only state they can make a real difference in is Florida. They are too concentrated in non competitive states mostly. 20 years from now that might not be a reality but it is what it is now.

Hillary Clinton Regains Momentum Against Donald Trump: Poll - NBC News

Clinton 50%
Trump 45%

Survey Monkey has switched to a likely voter model now, too, with this one.

It may as well be a Facebook poll.

Amusing how the Trump supporters will still quote it when he is doing well in it though.

Trump was down in Morning Consult a couple days ago. He is losing ground in the LA Times poll that Trump supporters love as well. It certainly looks like a momentum shift is underway once again. Trump will go into the debates behind in the polls. Will that make him more prone to outrageous behavior?

Maybe, or it's simply the sign of a tied or nearly tied race. It will take a few more weeks to see. I would hope that Trump would be smart enough to understand the importance of the debate. As the GOP strategist Matt Mackowiak said. "He can't win the election on the first debate, but he certainly can lose it."

I'd love to see the internal polling, with the desperation of the media and how frustrated Hillary is looking I bet she knows she is down big time.
