WOW if true.

Latest LA Times/USC poll has Trump with 19.6% of black voters and Hillary with 71.4%.

If Trump can get 20% of the black vote it is likely game over...

I think many liberals have always worried about the Black vote and Trump. They know the Black vote doesn't necessarily give a damn about illegals, a wall or Muslims. When Trump sticks to talking about job protection/creation that's a big selling point.

If this election continues on track for Trump I won't be surprised if he easily gets 15-20% of the black vote.

Slow down, guys - put the champagne back in the refrigerator. That's that goofy new tracking poll that's been an outlier from every other poll all year. Their numbers rarely coincide with any of the other national polls. I'd wait to see if some other polls start to show this trend before I started doing victory laps.

I don't know how "good" or "bad" these polls are regarding Trump and the African American vote, but it certainly shows Trump doing much better than the 2-3 percent some people on here are claiming.

YouGov/Economist, from 9/9-9/12 Trump with 11%
Rasmussen, from 9/11-9/12 Trump with 23%
CBS/NYT, from 9/8-9/12 Trump with 6 %
Utah Valley University from 8/14-9/11 Trump with 5%
Morning Consult from 9/5-9/7 Trump with 7%
Franklin Pierce University/Boston Herald from 8/30 - 9/3 Trump with 19%

Oh, it's still in the refrigerator all right but the outlook for Trump has never been better. The HC campaign is crumbling in large part because of her health. The idea was to play out the clock but that's not an option now as her poll numbers continue to slide. The debates? Trump is moving in for the kill and likely relishes the idea of facing HC on the stage.

These polls were all during the month of September. If you throw out the highest and the lowest and average the rest, Trump has almost 11 percent. Not too bad considering Romney only received 6 percent of the Black vote. Maybe all of these polls are all just garbage, I don't know but the numbers are what they are.

11% of the Black vote?

Not bad at all especially when you consider the Dems are thinking 2-4% at best.

How about the Hispanic vote?

The Asian American vote?

The LGBT vote?

Is it possible that Donald can attain even 30% of any these voting blocs???

The better question is what were those numbers for Romney/2012 and what are they showing for Trump today?

For example Ohio/2012 and the black vote: Romney received just 4%.

Trump is almost certain to do much better this election.

Trump doesn't need 30 percent of these. His poll numbers prove that. As far as Hispanics, he's at 24%, Romney was as 27%. Not that big of a difference.
