Sometimes elected officials don't vote the way the majority of voters would like them too. KS is a good example. That's probably what IN was afraid of.

Is there some reason the voters can't vote those officials out, and vote new ones in who see things the way the voters do?

Them being "the majority" and all.... if they really are.

OTOH, people in forums like this often mistake the loudest voters for the most numerous voters.

There's not a reason in the world. And since Roe v. Wade was just recently overturned, then perhaps that is exactly what will happen in the next election. If the voters don't care, then they deserve the representation that they get.

There's a big caveat here - this is true IF the districts are fairly drawn.

You want abortion up until birth. You've made that very clear.

A woman's desires are the only thing that matters, even when she wants to kill her perfectly healthy baby,' about 2 weeks from being born.

Her desires are all that matter to you. You've made your position very clear. Abortion up until birth, no questions asked. Just kill the baby. Because she desires to.

I’m only the “boss” of me. Not my job to tell other women how to run their reproduction.

Exactly. And if a women desires to kill her 38-week baby, you think that's just fine. Whatever she desires.
