Also interesting that turnout is the other 6 counties in metro Detroit exceeded 2018, except Wayne. And '18 was the best turnout for a midterm in decades? centuries? ever?

O.P., aren’t you embarrassed now to have written such a ridiculous title to your post?
*Of course* Whitmer, Nessel, Scholten, et. al. won; Michigan is at heart a blue state.
And all three of our proposals passed; most importantly, throwing out the 1931 anti-abortion law!

So would you now agree with me? That RCP was goosing their projections of Republican election victories in an effort to give their target audience a little tingle in their naughty bits?

If not, how else do you explain how RCP got it so wrong? RCP had Whitmer by 1.0+, and with their special sauce, Dixon by 1.4+. The actual results were Whitmer 8.7+.

Heck, Trafalgar was predicting Dixon 1.0+.

What happened to the special sauce that was being slathered onto the results?

A sad day for those in MI that aren't welfare dependent, or dependent on illegal alien labor. I heard from a reliable source that the street corners in many cities are filled with illegals with families wanting money from passer bys.

So sad for Michigan as they continue their downward spiral.

Predictions are just that. Anyone with even half a brain realizes that polling and statistics are based on probability, well in the case of polling, who pays for the poll to be done and what they want said.

I pity those that cannot escape MI or other democratic poop holes. Michigan used to be a nice place.

You are hilariously out of touch with reality in MI. Probably best you stay where you are.

So the crime in Michigan is wonderful, especially in the Blue strong holds of Detroit and its surroundings

Yeah, not so sure on how truthful that one is. The only places I've seen any amount of homeless people is in Detroit, and not a lot of illegals.

Trafalger in 2018 and 2020 was smart enough to pick easy races and to simply not publish any polling on hard races after the grading period started for 538 on any other site that grades pollsters.

As I stated then to people, they manipulated the grading system to make themselves look good, and somehow, even with the other polls on their site where you can see them and see they got the results wrong, people still argued they were a grade A polling firm.

Now granted, a lot of polls are going to be off by next week when everyone finalizes numbers through the SOS, but They(Tra) will be way off.

I didn't say anything about crime because the post I was responding to didn't say anything about crime. What are you talking about?

But, since you mentioned it......
