It's only official source we have about presence of russian volunteers in Donbass. You can listen ukrainian media of course but they tell about arrest of tens of russian diversionists a day with no evidences, so ukrainian media are no more than a toilet paper.
Mothers of ukrainian soldiers want their children to go back home. Unfortunately, they say nothing about women and their children killed in Donbass by ukrainian army. Error

If the border guards open the border completely, volunteers from Russia will be 2-3 times more. Border guards only pass those who have military experience or military training.

Russia has been planning to "exterminate all the minorities - to wipe out their language, culture, population" - you name it, for quite some time already, like few centuries or so. The native people, the Finns, the Tatars, the Chechens and so on.
Yet amazingly enough everyone is still around, still speak their language and even still reside on their territories.
So go figure.

Right now it's impossible to know the truth what's exactly happening. Putin changes his mind every day, the separatists are all over the place, and the news are contradicting each other all the time.

I always had the feeeling that it was a 'process' and that it would be brought about 'naturally'. But I'd say one thing that is glaringly obvious is that there are some who believe in the use of force to implement lets say situations that would constantly press for a more "Russian' outlook. The more that happens the more 'right sector' pushes back. There is fear all over the place.
