It's not true, we hate only U.S government when it is trying to impose its' notions of what is good and what is bad. Oh and because your politicians know very well- USA got independence the same way as we are trying to do now, but it is against theyr plans. Americans whom I know personally great people and they don't wish us death as people in government for whom our lives is nothing if they will have money or more power thanks to this.

Because in Chechnya local people were against this. We voted for our independence and have a reason to fight for it.

I talked about anti-American sentiment in Russia on numerous occasions, explaining the reasons.
