Versus what, a US media company that has a journalist that "mis-remembers" that he got shot by a rocket in a helicopter? That edits 9/11 tapes?

You know, I was reading yesterday this

Moscow Talks Fail to Clinch Ukraine Peace Deal - WSJ

and this

Ukraine crisis: Angela Merkel and Francois Hollande fly to Russia for peace talks - as it happened - Telegraph

on a subject of yesterday's visit of Hollande and Merkel to Moscow, and the impression I've got is that "Old Europe" wouldn't mind the separation of Ukraine as a resolution to crisis that puts a stop to all the death and destruction that's going on there, but it's the US that are pushing for the "unity" of Ukraine, and Kiev's government is running directly to Americans, begging for weapons and money. Needless to say that Poland (and Baltic states I imagine) are pouring oil into the fire.
A very troubling picture, even without any "Lenta Ru."

why is it so hard to understand that Putin is guiding russia on wrong, aggressive and self-destructive path?
Just what path should Putin be on at this time? What should he do?

Hollande says that "the current offer of peace is the last one. Then, there'll be war".
War? For what? For Ukraine?
Why should we risk everything fighting for Ukraine?

LOL!! This article is such a joke.

Kiev Ukraine News Blog

Ukies are saying they can't knock out the Russian tanks because of the ERA (Energetic Reactive Armor). Okay. In 2006 Hezbollah fighters were taking out one of the most heavily armored tanks in the world today, MK4 Merkavas. They were using Saggar ATGMs and Kornet 1s along with some Cromusket recoiless rifles of 1950s vintage. Not a missile fired there was any younger than 30 years old.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xueOm0fdY70

The Ukies want Javelin ATGMs now. They're a man portable. fire and forget, top attack (warhead fires downward at the target as it flies over) missile with a thermobaric warhead option also for taking out bunkers ect.

Just what good is this missile going to do if all the rebels have to do is put more ERA or even sand bags, concrete blocks on top of their tanks? You have to train guys how to use these and keep those men alive on the battlefield long enough to gain from it.

It's pretty obvious to me that a lot of people simply want to widen this conflict. Russia called it's next group of reserves into training 4 months early.

I don't like the looks of this.

Because Washington DC says so. You have to fight and die for your freedom and liberty which is threatened by the ebil Putin war machine. Everything you have is at risk, the Russians are going to take your precious coliseum in Rome back to Moscow as loot one rock at a time and turn it into a giant banya for bears to bathe in.

Don't even think about what they'll do to the girls from Napoli.

Example of more stupidity out of Petro;

Ukraine leader shows off captured Russian military IDs

Serious, passports? Russian military troops need to carry their passports for some reason? This guy really is a piece of work.

He also stated "swarming with Russian tanks, armed personnel carriers, multiple rocket launchers and ammunition", really? WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE????

Serious, all of these claims everywhere regarding Russian involvement, yet no evidence, I would think it would be easily to spot hundreds of tanks and thousands of troops crossing a damn border, but it seems they have some great camouflage as no one in the world can seem to spot them. But what do we get? A few passports that could come from anywhere, even the black market.

A "few Russians" is no more evident of Russian involvement than the thousands of European citizens fighting with the ISIS is evidence of European sponsorship of the ISIS.
