I feel deep frustration when I can't get service on ukrainian language at the mall on a checkout.

Other people in your area not willing to speak Ukrainian, but wanting to speak Russian instead for obvious reasons?

Yes. People at my area mostly speak russian.
But I've got solution. I have one gal from Lviv. She is teacher. I speak with her via phone periodically

Oh I know - you are moving to *Lviv* to enjoy Ukrainian till the rest of you life?

Lviv nearby to Poland. And Poland nearby to Germany. As an option.
I reckon true ukrainian patriots with high grade lives in Canada and Australia.
