Just because something is allowed doesn't mean it is smart. He was referring to wearing masks as you enter and exit, walking by other diners. That seems to be a smart mitigation effort in an otherwise higher-risk environment.

I can tell you where to get hand sanitizer.
Authentic KN95s are on-par with N95s. It's the counterfeit/fake ones that are the problem. Legit KN95s are still approved for use in healthcare settings.

1579 new cases in Arizona today. Highest in the nation so far today. Triple New Jersey.

I guess we didn't flatten the curve but simply delayed the curve.

Some have said that new cases are both those testing positive for the active virus and also those testing positive for the antibodies, but I can't find proof of that anywhere. Is that true?

But how do you know? FDA ordered sales of many halted after they were discovered to be worthless after FDA waived testing and said manufacturers in China could certify them. That is just nonsense. There is no control on them. N95s from reputable labels like 3M or Honeywell are nowhere to be found, so you have to take your chances (gamble your life?) on some Chinese import of questionable quality.

2nd or 3rd time in a week we have had the highest number of new cases in the country. I really would like to see an explanation, if there is one, from state health. Other places are opening even faster than we are yet are not seeing cases counts going up by a factor of 3-5 from a couple weeks ago.

The page I linked yesterday shows that the daily reported cases are both for active and antibodies. What they aren't reporting is how many of each are reported per day. But they do update weekly the % of total positive active vs. antibody cases per cumulative # of test for each(apologies for poor wording here). Makes it hard to recognize a trend from the daily reports.

“Ample stock” per an administration flunkie who isn’t actually treating patients, and who thinks that one n95 per week is “adequate” for a healthcare worker, and even then, the n95’s are only given out after the workers are exposed.

There is not an adequate supply of n95 masks. There’s an adequate supply of n95’s to present the illusion of safety.

Did we all see Banners statement on this? They’re getting beyond 125% capacity as we speak. We cannot keep explaining this away
