Tests have been conducted in China, France, and NY and in all cases, the drug helps people with covid-19. What's more interesting is people that have been treated with hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine for lupus and malaria have an extremely low incidence of covid-19 compared to the general population so it's also apparently a very effective prophylactic.

This is not true. Pence was saying on March 7th that seniors and those with underlying health conditions should avoid cruises.
