If Zimmerman had the intention of killing Martin to begin with - and there was premeditation - Zimmerman would have shot Martin first THEN called 911....What happened was he called 911 out of concern and the shooting took place after the call to police. This is important...It makes sense if you are hunting to kill you don't notify authorities till after the dastardly deed... not before.

And you know all this how? I wasn't aware they have software now that let's us see inside someone's brain to know exactly what they were thinking. Are you a personal friend of his or are you just taking his word from his various interviews as proven facts?

If there was premeditation the charge wouldn't have been 2nd degree murder, it would have been 1st degree.

NO- You don't need a damned gun...Zimmerman would have done better without one as we know...and Zimmerman having a gun did not help him in his life - which is now obvious...as for Martin WANTING a gun...why? People have to learn to get buy on brain power - not fire power. I would safely say that if Martin had a gun- in time tragedy would have occurred for Martin or a potential victim. Chances are great that if Martin had a gun that eventually he would shoot someone....In the case of stupid gun owners..guns are stupidly used.

There are some people who felt he "deserved" what he got as soon as they heard the words black male. They deny it. They try to say it was because he got suspended from school...because anyone who is suspended from school deserves to be shot. Or because he had pictures of guns because anyone who has pictures of guns deserves to be shot. Or because he got bad grades because anyone who gets bad grades deserves to be shot. Or because he smoked weed because anyone who smokes weed deserves to be shot. For some people they immediately went on the path of "he did something that warranted him being shot" which is why every day we get new posts talking about what type of person he was and the type of things he did prior to the incident.

Except since Zimmerman could not see him being suspended from school, smoking weed or looking at pictures of a gun or getting bad grades none of that is actually relevant to anything that occurred that night but those same people want to make sure that everyone is aware of these incidents so that they have a cover when they keep proclaiming he deserved to be shot. Only thing worse than a person with disgusting beliefs is a coward with disgusting beliefs...at least own up to your hate.

You are 100 percent correct. However, the teenager had evaded GZ, but was so angry about GZ eyeballing him out by the car, that he came back toward GZ for an altercation with a legally armed man. That was his mistake. They both made mistakes.

What about Georgie's grades at Seminole State Community College?

Spoiler
Zimmerman got D's in Introduction to Criminal Justice and Juvenile Delinquency, and a C in a course called Evil Minds -Violent Predators. He failed algebra and astronomy and was placed on academic probation in 2011.

At one point, his grade-point average dropped to a .5. His A's in English, criminal litigation and a Marriage and Family class boosted his overall G.P.A. to 2.3.

In late 2011, he was declined an associate's degree because he had failed a class and did not have the credits to graduate.

George Zimmerman v.s. Trayvon Martin: Can College Grades Prove You're a Murderer ?
And noooooo ... the Chgo Defender wouldn't be a biased newsource when it comes to Trayvon Martin. No way. Uh uh.

why do most people want a gun? it isn't something I want or need. yet many people have one. they live very safe lives yet still feel the need to own.
