Being punched in the face is more than enough to justify self defense.
you can also die from someone following you, u kno, like a heart attack if ur scared
so perhaps we should allow people to kill people for that and use that as SYG too
An unarmed 17 year old punches an older, larger, armed man.
The punch knocks the man down and the 17 year old child gets
on top of him and begins punching him. The man's head is over
concrete...
Except in this case, the 17 year old kid was minding his own business, doing nothing wrong, while Zimmerman was following him in his car and then chasing him on foot (against orders from the police). Did Trayvon Martin have the right to confront Zimmerman, because I would have been sure Zimmerman was out to hurt me if I'd been him. Normal, rational people don't follow and chase you--the people who do that usually want to hurt you. We have Zimmerman's side of the events on what happened when they met, and those are the words of a guy who was trying to avoid a conviction for murder, and who didn't have anyone to contradict what he said because the other witness--Trayvon Martin--was dead.

To lrevent being scared to death is the reason TM attacked GZ?
These threads just keep getting better and better.
Self-defense injuries like marks on his hands or marks on Trayvon indicating Zimmerman had "fought for his life."
Does anyone really think Zimmerman would have died from this fight? I doubt it. He didn't even elect to go to the hospital. If you are seriously injured you want to go to the hospital because you realize you are seriously injured and need treatment!
If you repeat a "big lie" it must be true, right?
Sadly, that is not the case.
A felon died in the commission of assault and attempted murder.
Justice was served.
Concocting explanations that exonerate the felon and persecute his victim is absurd.
Demanding "justice for felons" is hypocrisy and disingenuous.
What? Of course it's murder to kill a felon. It's murder to intentionally kill anyone unless it' self defense.
George Zimmerman acted in self defense.
That is why the verdict was not guilty.
