I'm not the one condemning a 13 year old before we get all the information.
The words you used "you have no shame" is where I have problem with. I think you are too harsh on Katygirl. That is all. Get Your Point Across without Being Rude. Article can be pretty misleading, maybe these posters made comments based on the article. They were certainly not "shameless." Gee

It is a classical situation. They have a dead kid and the basis for the shoot is not clean.
The Police Chief was very careful to point out the gun was realistic. Other than that she said nothing about the purported robbery or the other guy arrested. The likely outcome is they were not involved and the cop killed a kid for having a BB gun. And it will likely turn into "he made a gesture toward his waste band" when it gets into the facts. It will sound much more sinister if there is no video. If there is we will be off into the Cop felt his life was threatened bull.
Smells of a bad shoot with the cover up going. They simply have to be careful in case a video shows up.
Police were responding to an armed robbery call. The police officer had no choice but to shoot the black who pulled a BB gun that look like a real gun.
Of course the news media jumped on the story of the young black painting him in an innocent light. I ask you to imagine the fear that went through the robbery victim thinking this BB gun was real. This dead boy is a criminal who died in while committing a serious crime.
I applaud the action of the police.
