So what is the supplement industry? Must be nice to take money from people while not having to prove a) what you sell is what you say it is and b) it does what you say it does.
I would not argue that point. Many are absolute frauds. Unfortunately I feel the same way about many Physicians and their constant referrals and need for more tests.

I don't ingest Topricin, it's a topical. And if you knew how homeopathic medicine WORKS, the two you mention are used to work with our specific constitutions.
Again if you don't know how they work and never used them, you don't have a clue. I've been working with some homeopathics for years....much much better for the body than lab drugs.

Well when the Cardiologist says you need a stress test is it because you really need it or they own the equipment and want to get their money out of it???
I'll stick to remedies that have undergone rigorous testing and have been shown to work. Relying on homeopathics alone have killed many people....Belief that they work is not enough.
Homeopathic medicines are made by diluting to a very high degree, substances which could have an effect in higher concentrations on the workings of the body. The dilution is such that it is practically impossible to find in these medicines one single molecule of the so-called, active ingredient.

I guess that is just one of the many benefits of living in Canada, and having universal health care....It costs me the same (nothing) whether I take the test or not....I'll say this though....I'm 76, and have had stress tests, ultra sound, and many other medical tests, and every one of them supplied the doctors with valuable information on how to treat the various conditions that the tests exposed.
It's your dime, so take the tests or gamble with your life....

Fortunately my Dad's internist listened when my father told him his indigestion was acting up. Dr. H. did an EKG and a few minutes later Dad was on the way to the hospital across the street. He was this [...] far from a heart attack.
It makes no difference ingested or applied on skin....It is still absorbed into your body....I thought you would have known that.
Again =-- you have NO CLUE how homeopathy works. If you really were interested you would learn about this historical worldwide protocol of healing. And not mouth off on what you do not know.

I'm so sick of tests. I have two MRI reports stacked up with years of lab tests. The lab tests help to let us know our deficiencies and if we are overloaded on some areas. Then in recent years I've done my own work. Running back to docs for every question etc and all their drugs....forget it. That's how I feel anyway.
More tests -- more money for their industry.
Too too bad people don't do their own work and work on their own health and healing that can be done. Learning to heal thyself is where it's at.
I have a friend know who did the cancer treatments for BC and "thought" she was doing good and in a remission and now dealing with pancreatic cancer.
This friend didn't go into the holistic healing world. I made suggestions to her over years but she "heard" the MD's. words.

Nothing is Free, everyone pays. I've talked to enough Canadians about their health system.
I've been a member of a joint replacement group from the UK and many members were also from Canada...and talk about doing these replacements like they are handing out candy. Because they are FREE. And believe me MANY had a lot of issues and I finally left the group since there were so few into alternative/holistic medicine and their healing. There were handfuls of those with alternative thinking but the majority was for the FREE drug/surgery insurance they have. NOTHING IS FREE. You pay one way or another. It's the mentality they have grown up with.
