I kinda do, too, but I tend to like all religious calls to prayer. I was raised in the Episcopal Church, many of which ring their bells every hour, as Lutheran and Catholic churches do. I've always loved the sound of church bells, and I'm not particularly religious.

This isn't your country, so why do you care? Go home!

And how often do you hear church bells? I'm guessing never.

What does it matter? We are all humans, right? Religions, as whacked out crazy as they all are, all of them, happen to have a right to their beliefs in our liberal democracies. And if the term liberal democracy offends you, look it up first.

Every flippin' Sunday, at least. Annoying as all get out when I am trying to sleep in.

Same here. Mentioned earlier that they ring in DC (New York Ave Presbyterian) and sometimes play hymns. Can’t help but sing along. I also like certain Hindu prayers as well...

I believe in freedom of religion, so I would never suggest otherwise. You're seeing things because you want to see them.

But this particular story isn't happening in your country, so don't worry about it.

I love hearing church bells on Sunday mornings, and I'm not even religious.

Your rights do not trump mine or anyone else's.
