The subject is the census, and the Democrats and independents and true Republicans are supporting the constitution as written. That doesn't sound like lawlessness to me.

Default Trump tells census to not count Criminaliens

President Donald Trump signed a memorandum Tuesday claiming that undocumented migrants should not be counted in the census for purposes of deciding how many members of Congress are apportioned to each state – though the practical impact of the president's expected move is uncertain at best.

"Respect for the law and protection of the integrity of the democratic process warrant the exclusion of illegal aliens from the apportionment base, to the extent feasible and to the maximum extent of the President's discretion under the law," Trump said in the brief document.

Exactly !

The moment they illegally enter our country they commit a 'gateway crime' (the 1st of many to follow).

https://www.urbandictionary.com/defi...rm=Criminalien

a person who has entered the U.S. illegally, mainly from Mexico, occasionally Central or South America, and is a burden to society, i.e. here to commit crimes and exploit the benefits offered to legal citizens which are earned through paying city, state, and federal taxes.

Exactly. There should be notes for addresses and have it shared with ICE.

They can't find the people who have overstayed their visas. And they had to register.

ICE, Border patrol, homeland security don't give flip about any of them being here. Oh, they'll make a lot of noise, but how many are deported a month? How many employers are fined?

It's a game politicians play to keep the rest of us fighting with each other instead of holding them accountable.

I did not say that they did but question if one is NEVER allowed to vote for a representative why be counted to determine representation.
Nor were Native Americans untaxed counted and slaves only counted 3/5s.
The country did not have illegal aliens in 1790. Perhaps it time for another amendment.

Again, feel free to point out any exclusions. Well, except for the original wording that excluded Indians, who have since been included.

So , when are the Dem leaders going to demand that people who come here for vacation be counted? Or, those who come here on visas? Not much difference, they come and they go and some may stay awhile. None are citizens. Except, those who come on vacation and on visa tend to enter this country legally while illegals break the law to enter this country.

Political parties should not benefit from the presence of illegal aliens and illegal voters. Period.

This.

If the Dems want them counted then count them. Take their status. Take their addresses. Take the numbers of other illegals in their households. But, don't allow their numbers to be used for political, or financial, benefit.
