My state’s eviction moratorium that applies to ALL renters expires next week - thank God. The maximum judgement you can get in small claims eviction court is only $6000 .... some landlords are losing their as$es because deadbeat tenants have skated through the last couple of months like this was a freebie.

It's funny because none of this is going to happen.

This is my 2 cents: If you had the money to pay your rent, either through the "unemployment bonanza" or through your savings, you should have paid your rent. It does not go away, only your eviction timing. I know a landlord and he said he would give a break to anyone struggling and you know what? Everyone paid their rent on time, every month, no evictions. I think if you try to do the right thing and are able to pay your rent, even if you have to get some family help, you should pay your rent and not take advantage of eviction freezes.

Trump laying the political mines for the democrats lol..man they fall for it every time... Now democrats will be outraged that he is helping extend the benefits that some families do need. They will do everything in their power to stop it. This in return will make them look like morons as usual.

So it's good that Trump went and did Executive Orders to carry out these things,, however, executive orders can be wiped out as easily as the same as when they were decreed.

I hope Trump wins 2020 because that is the way they will stick for a while.

I hope in the future after Trump wins another 8 more years that they wont take down his wall.

((leftists heads are exploding that i said 8 more years)

I’m not entirely sure about this. Surely, Pelosi and Schumer ALREADY KNEW that he would pull this stunt. There has to be something else to it. It COULD NOT BE THIS EASY for Trump to pull this off. Trumplings (low information voters) will give 100% credit to trump.

You liberals can celebrate now. We'll have a conservative back in the Whitehouse in due time. Enjoy your social welfare handouts while you can get them.
