The maximum judgement you can get in small claims eviction court is only $6000 .... some landlords are losing their as$es because deadbeat tenants have skated through the last couple of months like this was a freebie.

This is my 2 cents: If you had the money to pay your rent, either through the "unemployment bonanza" or through your savings, you should have paid your rent. It does not go away, only your eviction timing. I know a landlord and he said he would give a break to anyone struggling and you know what? Everyone paid their rent on time, every month, no evictions. I think if you try to do the right thing and are able to pay your rent, even if you have to get some family help, you should pay your rent and not take advantage of eviction freezes.

I’m not entirely sure about this. Surely, Pelosi and Schumer ALREADY KNEW that he would pull this stunt. There has to be something else to it. It COULD NOT BE THIS EASY for Trump to pull this off. Trumplings (low information voters) will give 100% credit to trump.
