I rarely remember dreams, but I had one last night that stuck with me after I woke up. I found a lost dog, but I couldn't get the camera on my phone to work so I couldn't post a picture online to get her found. So I woke up in a panic about my phone not working and not having the right stuff to take care of a dog. Which certainly beats the other nightmares I have about being chased by people with white eyes, so that's an improvement.

I have dreams and nightmares that make me question the wiring in the ol duder's head. I have sleeping problems and I don't cycle through the sleep stages properly. I think I tend to float around the dream stage too much, REM I think it is.

TMI I suppose.

I've been having it pointed out several times now (by the same person) that I laugh in my sleep. I wonder if I've always been doing this for the last10 years since I've been divorced, and didn't know bc I mostly slept alone, or I just started doing this when I began living with this guy?

I learned after my divorce, that I run extremely hot in my sleep. I had no idea. My ex and I used to sleep under separate throw blankets, he was never much of a snuggly sort of sleeper, and he never mentioned anything about this. Later sleeping in beds with other people I was involved with, and now my boyfriend, I'm told that sharing blankets with me is challenging because I'm like a little furnace. My former girlfriend even said she was afraid I had a fever one night I was so hot. I'm not sweating, just generating lots of warmth.

I blame my wonky thyroid for this. I also wonder if I am burning calories in my sleep and that's why I've remained petite even though women on both sides of my family gained weight as adults, and I don't really put any particular attention into diet or exercise... I'm not complaining, it's just weird given my family history and life habits.

Yeah that's been showing up on my Facebook feed lately.

All I can say is that I have many friends in VA, and before this story broke, they had never heard of him. I assume he's only garnered what little support he's had for his "campaign" from those who were just blindly supporting his party on principle, rejecting both Republicans and Democrats in favor of a third party candidate as such, without researching anything about who that third actually is.

Of course it makes my inner tinfoil-hat-wearer go nuts wondering if it's all a scheme by "the man" to get people to give less support to the Libertarians and fear the unknown indie candidates and get back in line behind a leftie or rightie and be outraged and scared and upset. I mean, if this doesn't upset you, what will, right?

I really truly believe that most people see this nut for what he is. At least that's what I'm telling myself anyway.

I just want to be clear as a Virginian that that dude doesn’t represent either the district I grew up in or the one I currently live in. If he talked his filth in either one of those districts, someone would have gotten to him by now.
