For Americans, what are the biggest differences you notice in Canada? (vs., cities)

New Jersey have yellow painted traffic lights

Pennsylvania does too, and some lights in NYC

In the U.S., there are bilingual English/Spanish signs everywhere.

Road signs/texts are English only, nutrition packages in English only, etc.
English is de-facto national language of the U.S.

Yes, there could be few bilingual private signs. Sometimes you could see French in the U.S. too

Next time you go to a grocery store in the US, take a close look at the languages on the food packaging.

99% of NJ traffic signals are yellow painted. In NY, they are black while in NYC it is mixed

It could be regional thing. At the dollar store, I saw bilingual package sign in French and English - in the US.
Sometimes English, French and Spanish, sometimes English and Spanish, but most often English only.
