the way they just put "Hey sorry Fitzgerald's will be closed until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience." sounds like a code violation & they'll be back open once they do whatever they have to. Just my opinion though. I like that place, hope they are able to stay open.
I will say, the service in there is horrifically bad. It's not very well run at all, but it's a nice place and cool atmosphere to grab a beer and bar food. Here's to hoping they'll get everything taken care of, if in fact they haven't shut down for good.
