Does anyone have a recipe using canned tuna other than tuna noodle casserole? Tomorrow is Friday-no meat.

The problem with making that stuff is we never make it until the end..we keep getting into it and spoon it on ice cream or anything else we think it would taste good on.

Hey fellow Catholic: what's wrong with tuna fish sandwiches?

Or why tuna? There are a lot of fish to choose from.

Also did you think of "bachelors spaghetti" (no meat)?

DKVA all I can think of is a cold tuna/noodle salad using small shells, onion, celery,peas, mayo.

Thanks I may look to Campbell's Kitchen and just tweak a recipe-I need to use what is in my pantry-no shopping- I 'm having odds and ends finished in my home. No pizza as much as I love it DH wants some thing different.

I would love to do fish-but where I live it's slim pickins-not into tilapia

What kind of odd stores do you have there? All they have is tuna and tilapia? What about salmon, flounder, etc etc etc.

Dinner was good...First time for pork chops in a long time..Used up the leftover collards and rice with tomato gravy...If I behave myself maybe wife will make some pudding...
