Peggy, those pics are so nice. I just love pics of scenery and animals. The turning of the leaves is always beautiful, but it depresses me cause it means summer is over.

Sun Worshipper! Sun Worshipper! The leaves are just beginning to turn down here in DFW. I'll have to take my camera out this weekend and take a few pics. Oh, that reminds me. Jammie, yesterday evening I took my camera with me when I was going to the store because I was going to snap a photo of a palm tree at one of the homes that's on my way and as soon as I got there the battery went dead... I'll try and snap one later and post that on the Texas forum and send you a link.

I know these are not Oklahoma pictures, but don't tell any of the moderators okay? I didn't want to start an entire thread in the Texas forum called "Palm Trees for Jammie" so I figured it wouldn't hurt anything if I posted them here for a short time.
Below is a picture of a house in our neighborhood with some kind of palm tree (the kind I do not know). Interesting how they filled in those windows near the palm tree with what looks like shells from the beach. I guess they are palm lovers like Jammie!

As you can see in the pictures above, Fall has yet to arrive here. It's supposed to be in the low 80s for the next few days. But hey, come Tuesday and Wednesday, a real "blue norther" is supposed to come through and temps are going to drop into the upper 70s! Whoopee!

Low 80s! I think we got up to 80 last Saturday I think. Almost all our bugs are dead too.

OMG Synopsis, that is so beautiful!!! Well, I do think we need a thread for pics just for ME. Lots of trees and palm trees and animals and beaches and flowers.
I wish I knew what type of palm it is. I've never been able to tell them apart even though AustinTraveler had given me a link to them. I've heard there are over 60 different types of palms, just wish at least ONE type would survive here.
And about your greenery that's still down there~LUCKY!!!! We're in Heaven right now cause today and tomorrow are supposed to be in the low 60s. (That's our highs and it's well above average for Nov.)
And don't worry about the Mods. I've heard they never check through our posts anyhow.

Thank goodness! (and the mods. )
Don't have any Palm Trees (yet ) The leaves are finally starting to turn...
Mostly just the stems...
My petunias are still valiantly making blooms!
The birds ate all of the pretty red berries.
But I think I found the 'guilty' party... he looks a little chunky for a mockingbird.
Had just enough fog the other morning to leave everything "dewy" and beautiful.
Love how there was only one drop per tip...
What a talented little artist!
Almost looks like jewelry:
Got this for my birthday last week... and it IS in Oklahoma!

What gorgeous nature pics, LadyRobyn. I really like the webs with the dew on them. And happy birthday last week.
