IMO he couldn't possibly alienate the black vote...he'll still pull 99% of their vote.

But except for the LGBT community, gay marriage is not what America really cares about, they want to get back to work and stop feeling so sick and desperate every time they look at their bank accounts. Obama dropped the ball on the economy and it's going to haunt him this November.

OBAMA does not even like gays...or poor common black people..but is willing to use both. Yes he tossed away millions of black votes...most blacks are not big on the gay thing...wonder if one of his handlers got out a calculator and said "If we get the gay vote...we will lose some of the black vote...lets see....18% loss......Barrack...........we can live with that- besides gays have more disposable income and they might toss in a few bucks for the campaign?"

If you think they hate gays more than they like having a black President, keep living in la la land.

Recent polls show blacks and Latinos as supportive or even more supportive of SSM than whites.

Argh, they ALL try to cater to ALL groups. It's politics and offending as few people as possible is the best bet to get (re-)elected.

Alas, may I point out that using "your boy" reeks of racism!

And please don't give me any of that "you liberals and your PC crap" - at least own up to what you believe on a thread where you decry that others don't!

Hispanics are staunch Catholics and do not support this. Quit saying these false lies and polls from white suburbia. Come down to San Antonio and ask your average Hispanic guy on the street if he supports gay marriage, and he probably will punch you in the mouth

Or is he just playing politics like he did with the keystone pipeline?
LOL. How hilarious. Only a few hours after you posted this, the news about his support for same-sex marriage was released.

At least we won't have to hear cranky ramblings like this anymore.

Oh yeah. That sounds like a really intelligent way to survey Latinos across the U.S.

And I don't care what some random idiot in San Antonio thinks. If he wants to be a thug about it, fine, but he doesn't represent the average Latino.
